Nowadays, the social competition is fiercer than we could imagine. College students are facing great difficulties in finding satisfactory jobs, and they even hold the opinion that graduation means joblessness. Therefore, for getting jobs, they even take risks of ignoring their academic achievements.
After knowing that fact, it occurs to me the question “What qualifications are needed for a college student to get a job?” First of all, I think one should have professional technical abilities, which are the prerequisites to prove whether one is qualified for the job. Second, they should be diligent and eager to learn knowledge. Only after making the best of time to study can they get progress rapidly. Last but not the least, they should learn to be striving, cooperative and creative. Those features are usually neglected by university students when they have to struggle under the burden of study and work.
Facing the increasingly fierce competition, we university students should hold long-term insight and avoid paying only attention to the immediate interests.
